Your privacy is critically important to me. At Learn With Cat, I have a few fundamental principles:

- I store personal information for only as long as I have a reason to keep it and it is not shared with outside sources except for the following reason.

A. Information I Collect
- Roblox and/or Minecraft Username of learner[s]
- First and last name of parent and learners.
- Birthdate and Age of Learner[s]
- Parent’s email address.
- Courses that your learner takes with Learn With Cat with dates.
B. Payment Information
When you purchase one of my courses, you purchase through PayPal with your account or a credit card. I do not have access to or receive your payment information as it is stored with Paypal.
C. Images I Share
At times I display images of Roblox and Minecraft from my courses where learner avatars and characters are shown on my website and/or social media without usernames or tags. For example, I will take a screenshot during a challenge and place it on one of my social media pages. If a username is visible, I edit it out of the image.
I have a policy that I do not sell my users’ data. I do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and I do not sell your information to other companies that want to spam you with marketing emails.
D. Zoom and Recordings
The Zoom platform is used for my courses. For security reasons and the protection of all involved in my courses, my visits are not recorded. Participants, parents, learners, etc., are not allowed to screen shot or record any Learn With Cat course/visit.
