Meet children from all over, while teaming up and sparring against them in an 8-week challenge working, building, living, saving and investing, to stand as the top real estate owners in the neighborhood of Catsville in Bloxburg.

You will work as a team to achieve your property goals and make important decisions, while being introduced to a variety of challenges throughout the multiple-week visit, and at the same time, forge friendships with your neighbors on all sides. There are also peer-chosen titles to be won, so while you are achieving your tangible goals, do not forget about all the other possible achievements that are very important too!

Wait, it is not all about work when you visit me in Catsville, IF you plan wisely – it is possible to work and play while still achieving your aspirations! Organize pool parties, plan a barbecue, meet in town for a slice of pizza, come together at a campfire for S’mores and campfire stories…. How will you balance work and life?

BUILDING INCOME

You will have a choice of employment opportunities, and it is up to you which opportunity you would like to take advantage of. You can switch employment at any time. You can work as many hours as you wish.
You can become an entrepreneur and sell services or products to the other teams.

EXPENSES

Mostly everything costs money – food, events, and things you own [taxes]. Be prepared to pay your expenses.

About those pop-up challenges…. Yes, you will have those, and they are mandatory! Will you be prepared for a financial loss if you do no win one of these challenges?

Let us not forget about field trips, yes, you have to participate in those too. Fun? Yes. Will they take time away from your goals? Definitely. What will you do to gain that time back?

This visit is about making wise choices, working to build income, and saving to achieve what you wish for, while socializing with new friends and strengthening communication skills.

Remember, I have a private neighborhood dedicated for all my Bloxburg visits. You do not have to worry about strangers and such. NOPE, only you, me, and your peers!

Once you are signed up for the visit, you will be transported to the visit’s secret lair. There you will be able to communicate with the other kids in the course. I will also place important messages that must be read before the visit on the page.

Please adhere to the age requirements for this visit.
Learners are to download Roblox on a computer/laptop ONLY.
Learners need access to Bloxburg [requires 25 Robux to participate].
Learners must be experienced Roblox and Bloxburg users.
Learners must be familiar and the Zoom platform.
Classroom messages and instructions must be read before the visit.
Zoom is to be used from a different device than the device that will be used for Roblox.
Visits cannot be delayed for learner technical difficulties that last more than a few minutes.

THERE IS NO SCHEDULED COURSE AT THIS TIME

It is amazing how lessons, life and academic, “stick” when children are doing, listening to , and/or learning something they love. When lessons are brought to life, in that perfect way to reach a child’s interest, they learn!
